Motion: To accept the Minutes of the Nov 10 2011 chapter meeting. 
4.	Announcement 
1.	The chapter Executive Committee has unanimously approved a donation on behalf of the chapter of $100 to the Amy H. Carberry Scholarship Fund in memory of Mr. Robert Smith (father of President Gail Carberry).  This will come from chapter funds.  Members are free to make additional individual contributions should they so wish. 
2.	A card will be passed around for members to sign.
